The Pod

Josh and I have been wanting a bicycle trailer for a long time. Finally, with the help from my Unk' Larry, we now own one!! Josh regularly rides to work in Spring and Fall when weather permits. I, on the other hand, can count on one hand how many times I've been on a bike in the last 5 years. Last year during our trip to Yosemite we rented bikes and I knew that I would love riding our bicycles more when we got home. Since the kiddos are too young (or just not experienced bike riders) to ride their own bikes along side us, we decided a bike trailer was just what we needed! 

I love it!! Our family loves the American River Bike Trail and we walk it fairly often, but how fun to ride BIKES on it! I love the breeze, I love the speed, and I love that it's a fun way to exercise and that the kids can join us. :)  It's the cutest thing riding along side the trailer seeing their two cute little heads bobbin' from side o side taking in the sights and sounds.

Yay for Spring(!) and sunny days along the river.



Mazzy looks as though she's passed out, right? Really she'd blocking the sun from her face, urging us to GET ON WITH THE PICTURE TAKING, ALREADY!!!
